Recommended prices you understand before applying them
A rules-based engine suggests a price per room type and night, up to 180 days ahead. Every factor is quantified; nothing goes to your channels without your approval, unless you turn on automatic application.
From recommendation to calendar
- Step 1
Configure
Horizon from 30 to 180 days, rounding, maximum change and bounds per room type.
- Step 2
Add context
Known events and, if you collect them, competitor rates entered or imported.
- Step 3
Recalculate
On demand, or every night after 2 a.m. with the nightly run: a price for each night where a change is justified.
- Step 4
Approve
Tick, then Apply: prices are written to the calendar and sent to active connected channels.
Six signals, each quantified
On-the-books occupancy
The fuller the night, the higher the price. Decreases only apply within 21 days of the date.
Booking pace
Pickup over the last 14 days is compared with last year when history exists, otherwise with capacity.
Day of week
One adjustment per day, which you set between −30% and +30%.
Events
Trade fair, public holiday, Ramadan, school holidays: the stated impact, from −50% to +100%, is passed on by half.
Competition
Median of competitor rates you enter or import. No automatic collection from third-party sites.
Last minute
Three days or less ahead, a night under 50% full gets a 5% decrease.
Why this price?
Every cell explains itself, every safeguard is visible
Click a cell: each factor's contribution, the total, then the safeguards applied. The suggested price can always be explained.
- Maximum change per recalculation, set by you
- Commercial rounding suited to the currency
- Minimum and maximum bounds per room type, overriding everything else
- History of every decision, with its author and date
The engine calculates, AI explains
AI is optional: without it, recommendations and their calculated explanation remain available.

FAQ
Your questions
Do prices go to OTAs on their own?
No, unless you turn on automatic application, which is off by default. When on, each nightly run applies prices within your bounds and maximum change. Sending goes through your active connected channels.
Can AI set a price?
No. It recalculates nothing; it can only suggest an adjustment of 5% at most on a recommendation, always within your bounds, which you then approve.
Are competitor rates collected automatically?
No. You enter them or import a file of your own checks; the median per night is calculated in the hotel's currency.
How do I measure the effect of applied prices?
The Tracking tab compares, as a guide, occupancy, ADR and RevPAR of past nights with the same room types four weeks earlier.
