Five management modules

Stock, purchasing & suppliers
Items by location at weighted average cost, valued stock counts, purchase orders, partial receipts, matched supplier invoices, recipes. A restocking advisor proposes a draft order, never a sent one.
General ledger
Double entry on the country's chart of accounts (Moroccan CGNC, French PCG, Spanish PGC or generic): journal, ledger, trial balance, VAT, closing. Entries generated without duplicates from invoices, payments, sales, purchases, expenses and payroll.
HR & payroll
Employee records, attendance, approved leave, calculated and frozen payslips, payroll ledger. Detailed engine for Morocco; simplified profile, without guaranteed compliance, for other countries.
E-invoicing & tax returns
Each invoice gets a frozen, chained and sealed structured document and a QR code; VAT returns are prepared. No automatic transmission to the tax authority: filing remains manual.
Corporate & agency credit
Credit limits, terms, outstanding balance, aged balance, reminders, disputes, overrides granted by management and a partner portal. Module being rolled out.

Default posting rules, rates and scales are to be validated by your accountant.
No exchange rate is ever invented: an amount without an available rate is flagged, not converted.
The FEC export exists for France only; elsewhere, exports are CSV.
Closing the books is irreversible, as it should be.

FAQ

Can my accountant get the data?

Yes: journal, ledger, trial balance, VAT and payroll ledger export to CSV, and access can be opened to them with the Accountant role.

Is the e-invoice sent to the tax authority?

Not automatically. Documents are prepared, chained and exportable as an archive for filing by you or your accountant.
